    Welcome at our noodle bar RAMEN in the heart of Ghent. We bring you a bite filled with authenticity. Think: selfmade stock, steamed buns with marinated lard, steaming bowls of soup with ramen noodles, bamboo, shiitake, finely sliced beef, ... Please do slurp and burp after lunch. Although that will not stay unnoticed, at our long bar.
